2007年9月獲得浙江大學管理學博士學位，2007年9月至2009年7月任廈門大學管理學院助理教授，2009年8月至今任廈門大學管理學院副教授，2009年7月至8月赴美國哈佛商學院學習案例教學，2011年9月至2012年9月在美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校訪問交流。廈門大學現代管理科學研究所所長，美國管理學會（AOM）會員，擔任多個國際國內期刊匿名審稿人。
