北京化工大學工程專業研究生導師介紹：劉珞

1990年至1994年就讀于武漢大學，1995年至1998年在北京制藥廠工作，1999至2007年就讀于斯圖加特(Stuttgart)大學并獲得理學碩士、博士學位，碩士期間學習了生物信息學知識，對P450單加氧酶的序列及結構進行分析，并進行了同源建模，解釋了P4502B6立體選擇性的分子機制。博士期間主要從事P450單加氧酶理論和應用相關的分子生物學與酶學的研究，找到一種新的P450酶，并進行了異源表達及表征。此后，通過理性設計提高酶活3倍，在此基礎上通過定向進化提高提高酶活200倍。2007年至2010年在斯圖加特大學及企業(PharmaZell GmbH, Germany)做博士后研究聯合，作為項目骨干參與德國聯邦教育部(BMBF)課題類固醇的選擇性生物催化氧化(Grant-No. FKZ 0315269)，用酶法合成了熊去氧膽酸關鍵中間體，項目中負責尋找、鑒定、克隆、表達相關酶；設計、建立酶法工藝路線，在中試完成后，全套工業化技術已經移交到企業，獨立完成了對企業工作人員的培訓，目前該企業已進行工業化生產。項目期間以第一完成人申報國際、歐洲專利各一項。現作為副教授工作于北京化工大學生命科學與技術學院，從事分子生物學、酶學、代謝工程及細胞工廠構建等工作，通過表征新酶及構建新型代謝途徑，進行可再生生物質資源的生物煉制，其中用到理性設計、定向進化及合成生物學等新技術。
